Tangelico Granita

Ingredients

500g Fruity Fanatics Tangello Frozen Fruit Tubes
90ml Frangelico

Method

Snip the tubes of Fruity Fanatics Frozen Tangello.  Get the motor running in a food processor, slowly add half a tube at a time until they are all smooth, add the Frangelico.  Place this mixture into a stainless steel tin, cover with grease proof paper and freeze immediately.

To Serve

Remove the mixture from the freezer and grab a strong metal fork.  With a long firm action, scrape the frozen tangelico mixture to create the granita.

Notes

If you want, you can scrape the granita ahead of time if you had several serves to produce.  Simple place the glasses in the freezer and remove them a few minutes before serving.
