Frozen Fruity Layer Cakes

Ingredients

300ml thickened cream
100ml sugar syrup
750g Fruity Fanatics Frozen Apple and Watermelon tubes
750g Fruity Fanatics Tangello tubes
750g Fruity Fanatics Frozen Orange and Passionfruit tubes

Method

Line up a series of parfait glasses.  Empty the contents of the fruit tubes into separate bowls, according to their flavour.  Allow the contents to sit for a few minutes and then mash with a fork.

Pour some of the frozen Apple and Watermelon in each glass and level it out so it is flat.  Put in the Orange and Passionfruit and then the Tangello.  Repeat so the colours alternate.  Mix the sugar syrup and cream together and pour on as the final layer.  Place in the freezer to set completely.

Notes

To turn this into an adults only version throw a splash of gin into the cream.  These refreshing treats will be a big hit at your next dinner party.  The tangelo has a divine sweet but tart flavour.
