We squeeze, crush and blend Pure Fruit into Juice. It is not treated in any way; it is just as if you had prepared it in your own kitchen but without the mess. 
All of our Fruit is either home grown on our farm in Gingin or sourced locally. Being WA farmers we will go out of our way to purchase WA local product, even if it means paying a little extra.
We try to source all fruit during its prime picking season so as to maintain peak levels of nutrients and flavour.
Our Orange Juice contains all the pulp and flavour of home squeezed juice. There are of course variations to the juice depending on the variety being picked and the time of year.
We blend this home grown Orange Juice with the Finest Pure Mango Puree. Kensington Pride Mangoes are harvested in Gingin during March and April depending on the weather.
The KP’s are chosen for their rich colour, flavour and the absence of the stone fibre that can be in other varieties.
Our Apple Juice is more like an Apple Crush. This is the first pressing of the apple pulp so you still get fine apple particles and all of the nutrients. As we do not add any preservative at all, the Juice naturally oxidizes ensuring you of its purity.
It is recommended that all our Juices are kept at 5 degrees or below to maintain maximum shelf life.
